  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 Thai Chilies Adjust to your taste.
  • 3 Tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Date or Maple Syrup Can also use Palm Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil Optional
  • 1 Tbsp Vegan Fish Sauce or More Tamari

Instructions

  •  In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned green papaya, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and long beans. Toss them together to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  •  In a separate small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, Thai chilies, soy sauce, lime juice, maple syrup, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and vegan fish sauce (if using). This dressing will bring together the bold flavors of the salad.
