- 1 Lime Juiced
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Greem Onions Chopped
- Sesame Seeds
- Cayenne Pepper To taste

- Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Save seed.
- Mash the avocados with a fork, add tamari or soy sauce mash until smooth.
