    This is such in informative article as I live in the UK and our weather is starting to get better, meaning our sunlight is out and about a lot more and it is a lot warmer.

    I am working out a lot more than I used to so my physical and mental health is improving, and with your ancient wisdom of sunlight, I am going to start exercising in the garden when the sun is out.

    Sunlight is life indeed! When in the long Belgian winters, with more dark and cloudy days, especially last winter, I tend to get depressed and sick a lot more then with first sun in spring, that’s the power of the sun! People ar more cheerful and it is amazing to see how everything blooms again!
    Also, getting enough vitamin D plays a huge role in exposing yourself to more sun, although be careful not to get burned! Hooray for the sun haha!
