Ingredients
  

Mousse Ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Cacao Powder Not Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Or Date Syrup Or Organic Honey Adjust to taste
  • 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Soy Milk Or Almond Milk
  • 2 Tsps Pure Vanilla Extract or Powder
  • 1 Pinch Pink Salt

Instructions
 

Mousse Instructions:

  • Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the seed and scoop the creamy flesh into a blender or food processor. Peel the ripe banana and add it to the blender as well.
  • Add the cacao powder, pure maple or date syrup, unsweetened soy milk, pure vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender with the avocado and banana.
  • Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender or processor a couple of times to ensure everything is well mixed.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or cacao intensity to your liking by adding more maple syrup or cacao powder, if necessary, add additional soy milk as needed if mixture too thick. Blend again briefly to incorporate any adjustments.
  • Transfer the avocado chocolate mousse into ramekins or small bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and the mousse chill.
  • Before serving, remove from refrigerator you can garnish with a sprinkle of cacao nibs, fresh berries, or a dollop of our soy whipped cream for an extra treat.
